Every engagement starts with a free discovery call. From there we deliver a written proposal with an exact price, a defined scope of work, and clear deliverables — within 48 hours. The number you see is the number you pay. There's no hourly clock running, no surprise invoices, and no scope creep billed back to you. If something isn't in the scope, we quote it separately before starting.

Hourly billing punishes efficiency — the faster we deliver, the less we earn. Fixed-price aligns our incentive with yours: we want you live and generating ROI as quickly as possible. You get budget certainty from day one, and we're motivated to build the right solution the first time rather than stretch the clock.

Minor adjustments within the agreed scope are handled at no extra cost — that's part of delivering real value. If a change is significant enough to alter the scope, we'll document it, quote the additional cost upfront, and only proceed once you've approved. You'll never receive an invoice you didn't agree to.

A deposit secures your place in our delivery queue and covers the upfront strategy, scoping, and onboarding work. For IGNITE and ACCELERATE, it's 50% of the total project price ($4,000 and $8,500 respectively). For DOMINATE, a 33% retainer ($9,900) kicks things off. Work begins once the deposit is cleared — no exceptions.

Deposits are non-refundable. They reserve capacity on our team and fund the initial work that happens before any build begins — strategy sessions, technical scoping, and resource allocation. If you need to pause, we'll hold everything completed to date and credit it toward a future start within six months.

IGNITE projects generally run 2–4 weeks from kickoff to handover. ACCELERATE engagements take 4–8 weeks depending on the number of integrations. DOMINATE transformations are scoped per project but typically span 8–16 weeks. These timelines start after your deposit is cleared and the kickoff meeting is scheduled — not from your initial inquiry.

You'll receive your fixed-price proposal within 48 hours of the discovery call. Once you approve and pay the deposit, we typically schedule your kickoff within 3–5 business days. For ASAP timelines we can sometimes fast-track this — let us know during the call and we'll do our best to accommodate.

After kickoff, the first week is dedicated to strategy and system access. Weeks 2–3 (IGNITE) or 2–6 (ACCELERATE) involve building, integrating, and configuring your AI solutions with weekly progress updates. The final week covers training, documentation, and handover. You're never left wondering where things stand — you'll hear from us every week.

Yes. A 50% deposit secures your spot in our delivery queue and covers initial strategy, scoping, and onboarding. Work commences only once the deposit is cleared — this keeps our team fully dedicated to your project from day one.

For IGNITE and ACCELERATE, we use a simple 50/50 split: 50% upfront to commence, 50% on delivery. For the DOMINATE package, we structure payments in thirds — 33% retainer, 33% at a key project milestone, and 33% on completion. IGNITE also offers a flexible 3 × $2,999/month option.
